Private and local by default

Google Calendar integration is optional and disabled by default. Link Calendar requests only the calendar.app.created permission and cannot read your primary calendar or unrelated calendars.

What the connection does

An explicit sync creates or updates events from selected Obsidian folder sources in a secondary calendar named Link Calendar. Markdown remains the source of truth.
